Ezekiel 38 & 39 Prophecies- The Key Players
And I will turn thee back, and put hooks into thy jaws, and I will bring thee forth, and all thy army..." Ezekiel 38:4
In the Book of Ezekiel, chapter 38:1, the prophet Ezekiel hears the word of God, "And the word of God came unto me saying, Son of man, set thy face against Gog of the land of Magog, the chief prince of Meshech and Tubal, and prophesy against him," Ezekiel 38:2. Vladimir Putin is President or Prime Minister or self made Leader of The Russian Federation. "In early April,2014, heavily armed pro-Russian gunmen occupied government buildings throughout SE Ukraine and proclaimed the independence of the regions of Donetsk and Luhansk. Putin referred to the contested region as Novorossiya (``New Russia``) evoking claims from the imperial, On April 8-28-2014, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko stated that the Russian forces had entered Ukraine, and NATO estimated that at least 1000 Russian troops were actively in operations inside Ukraine. In September 2015, Russia entered the Syrian Civil War in "support" of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.*
Notice the dates, April' 2014, to September, 2015, they are the blood moons, and it looks like the first six verses of Ezekiel 38 has happened. April 15, 2014, Passover, Putin came down from Moscow, around 1663 miles from Jerusalem, he took over Ukraine. Then he went down to Simferopol, and Sevastopol on the Crimean Peninsula on April 15, 2014.
Putin is roughly, 892 miles from Jerusalem from Sevastopol, a major port on the Black Sea, where he can keep his naval base. He had also taken control of Ukraine and the Black Sea. On or about September 30, 2015, Putin then went through the Bosporus Strait into the Aegean Sea, into the Mediterranean Sea to Syria, taking control of Al-Assad's oldest sea port, Latakia. Putin had given Al-Assad his "support" in 2013 by getting Al-Assad to supposedly eliminate his chemical weapons.* He is now around 260 miles from Jerusalem. He now is near the Golan Heights with Iran and Turkey. They are Persia (Iran) and Gomer and Togarmah(Turkey) in Ezekiel 38:2-5. God said he would put a hook in Gog's jaws. If you take a pencil and draw a line from Moscow, Russia down to Ukraine through Crimea and the Black Sea, through the Bosporus Strait into the Aegean Sea, turn right to Syria's Latakia port, up to Damascus, where Putin army also went during this time period,then down to the Golan Heights, you will see that you have drawn a fish hook. I got this information off of John Haller"s Bible Prophecy Update back in May, 2017.
In July, 2018, Ethiopia and Eritrea's bond together in a joint development of ports on Eritrea's Red Sea coast. Ethiopia's economy started booming in March 2018. Now Somaliland was given 442 million (US) dollars from the United Arab Emirates, Dubai in 2016 to build up their ports, starting with a 400 meter quay and a free-zone. Then they were given another 101 million (US) dollars project to expand either the same port, or another port in Somaliland. Iran and Eritrea have been allies for years. Iran smuggled weapons and troops through Eritrea's Port of Assab in 2008 to train Somalian militants. The UN imposed sanctions on them in 2009 after Iran wired 35 million dollars to Eritrea.
What else did this money build up? It first knocked down walls, built a bridge between the two countries, set up agreements with Sudan and Somali between May and July 2018, and built a navy. Then the President of Ethiopia, Abiy"s said "Ethiopia will get back its last glory." Abiy's father is a Muslim and his mother, who is deceased, was a Christian."
They now have made a pact with Iran, who is allies with Russia. This is where Ezekiel 38:5 comes in to view starting with verse 4. "And I will turn thee (Gog) back, and put hooks into thy jaw, and I will bring thee forth and all thine army, horses, and horsemen, all of them clothed with all sorts of armor, even a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords: 5 Persia (Iran), Cush (Ethiopia) and Put (Libya), with them; all of them with shield and helmet:" So Ethiopia seems to be in place. Sudan is under Iran's RAC (their gas company) Zanzibar where they signed an agreement to explore for gas on October 29, 2018. Russia is in Libya with Putin's elite army. The same army he used to go into Crimea and Syria. Gog will then go down to Sheba, Dedan and Tarshish for their spoils. Sheba today is Yemen, who once was apart of Saudi Arabia, along with Dedan who is Mecca. Tarshish, most scholars think is Great Britain. I also think that. Iran hates Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Iran would love to destroy the Kaaba and the black stone. The Ayatollah doesn't like his people making pilgrimage there. Iran also wants the oil in Yemen, as does Russia. Turkey wants control of the whole Middle East. Their Sultan, Recep Tayyip Erdoğan's goal is to bring back the Levant, the areas above the Mediterranean Sea, from Egypt, Greece, Israel, Lebanon and Syria and probably Saudi Arabia, Ezekiel 38:13. Near the end of chapter 38, God says that in those days, many years, He would bring Gog against Israel. It would be like a cloud covering the land. But God will cause a great shaking in the land of Israel. The fish, in the sea, the fowls in the air, the beast in the field, creeping things on the earth, and all the men on the face of the earth shall shake at His presence. The mountains, steep places shall be thrown down, and every wall shall fall down to the ground, Eze. 38:18-23. Then God brings against Gog, pestilence with blood. It rains upon him and his hordes, and those with him overflowing rain and great hailstones, fire and brimstone. And everyone will know that He, God did it. This is not the seven year tribulation period. Why? Because it will take seven years to burn the weapons. Seven months Israel will be burying their enemies. A sixth part of Russia will be left. And what will happen to Gog? In Ezekiel 39:11, Gog shall be buried in a place that will be called the Valley of Hamon-Gog. Which means in Hebrew the Valley of the multitude of Gog. It is east of the sea. I found this place. Actually, my sister Julie and I found it. She had asked me, where is Hamon-Gog? I didn't know. So she looked it up on her computer, and I looked it up in my Collins Atlas of the Bible. I didn't have a computer at the time. She was saying it's in Dibon. Dibon is near the river Arnon, east of Jordan. There isn't much there today. Gog's fighter jet will fall out of the sky there, where he will die, and be buried. He will not rise on the third day. During this time, people will still be finding human bones. They are told to put a sign by them and the people in charge of burying will take them to the Valley of Hamon-Gog. Dibon's name will be changed to Hamonah which means multitude in Hebrew. You can find Dibon in the Old Testament in several places, Numbers 21;30, 32;3, 32;34, Isaiah 15;2, also in the books of Joshua 13, and Jeremiah 48.
Will this earthquake bring in the rapture? I don't know. Christians may have to go through this prophecy. The rapture may not happen for another 25 years or longer. People will go on with their lives, like after 9-11, They ran to church for about a month. Then forgot God. I do know one thing, Everyday is one day closer to both events. Time is short. Don't leave this earth without asking Jesus to save your soul.
