Mothers Day 5/6/2011
Luke 23:28-29:"But Jesus, turning unto them said, "Daughters of Jerusalem weep not for Me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children. For, behold, the days are coming in which they shall say, "Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bore, and the breast which never nursed".
Luke 21;16: (in the latter days), "And ye shall be betrayed both parents and brethren, and kinfolks, and friends; and some of you shall they cause to put to death".
Mark 13:12: says, "Now brother shall betray brother to death, and the father, his son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause to be put to death".
In the Book of Romans Chapter 1:1-32 children shall be disobedient to parents, mothers they will lose their natural bonding with their children. And "women did change the natural use for that which is against nature"(turned to homosexuality), Romans 1:26.
In Matthew 24:8, Jesus said, "All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Would I today consider marriage and children? No, because of what I see in children and their parents. Romans 1:1-32, gives us a vivid description of what today's society of child rearing has become. We are not like in the days of "Leave it to Beaver", where mothers stayed home, cleaned their homes and cooked the meals, and raised the children while the fathers went out to work. Mothers have lost the natural affection for their children. In other words, they want to have them, but not raise them. So why would a child be obedient to its parents when they are being raised by government funded daycare's starting around six weeks old, then dropped off to kindergarten around the age of five years old; their parents never seeing their first steps, teeth, or words. The parents don't realize what the government is teaching their children, like it's okay to have same-sex parents, teachers teaching the children how to meditate, and have a spirit guide to help them in learning that's Eastern religion, and the governments version of morals and sexual education at younger and younger ages.
Jesus said in Luke 21:28-33, "And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth near. And He spoke to them a parable: Behold the fig tree (Israel), and all the trees (all the other nations); Why they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now near at hand. So also ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know that the kingdom of God is near at hand. Verily, I say to you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled, Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My word shall not pass away.
God told Jeremiah not to marry in Jeremiah 16:1-4a. God said to Jeremiah, "Thou shalt not take a wife, neither shalt thou have sons or daughters in this place. For thus saith the LORD concerning the sons and concerning the daughters who are born in this place, and concerning their mothers who bore them, and concerning fathers who begot them in this land, They shall die of grievous deaths;" This is the period when King Nebuchadnezzar was coming to destroy Jerusalem and the Temple. One day soon the rapture will happen; then the tribulation period. Jesus says in Matthew 24:19, "And woe unto those who are with child, and to those who give suck (nurse) children in those days!" Jesus was speaking of the last 3 1/2 years on earth. Today is bad, tomorrow isn't going to get better; not until the birth pains are finished. All the women who can't have children today, God has blessed you. You should be most happy that you do not have to go through what we mothers and grandmothers are going through with our children in this society today. ~Marty D.
"FOR THE DAYS ARE COMING, IN WHICH THEY SHALL
SAY, BLESSED ARE THE BARREN, AND THE WOMBS
THAT NEVER BORE, AND THE BREAST WHICH NEVER NURSED." Luke 23:29
It’s Sunday and my 12th Mother’s Day, so many changes are taking place in our world. I know I am not alone in wondering what all this will mean for the immediate future of our children and for the years to come. I believe the words of my Lord and Savior to be true so I know we are at the beginning of what He described as the birth pains, the beginning of sorrows. I know from my own birth experience the birth pains started out fairly mild and far apart but got increasingly painful, closer together, and intense as time went on. So will be the same for our world, crises, and all manner of intense situations will continue to come and get increasingly painful. It’s easy to not worry about myself but what will this mean for my precious daughter and if she wants to become a mother someday. The Bible says in Proverbs 22:6 Train up a child in the way he should go; and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Jesus tells us in the gospels about the way. John 14:6 (NKJV)
6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
It’s never easy, the way of the world much of the time goes in the opposite direction of most of what the Bible teaches even down to basic Bible teachings like the creation story. Last week my daughter, Noelle was doing her school science lesson on evolution the teacher had a whole video where she tried to explain how the world was created by a ripple of matter like a rock skipping over a lake and those ripples spread and cells were formed etc etc. I don’t even think she understood what she was talking about, but Noelle brought her lap top for me to listen and her reaction of “listen to all these lies my teacher is telling” (if you know my daughter you know shes not afraid to speak her mind lol) was a huge relief that at least that was one worldly influence and lie that wasn’t taking shape and holding as truth in her mind. There’s so many things. I’ve had to have conversations over the years with multiple teachers about yoga and mindfulness meditation in school because as a Christian I am teaching my child not to participate in the worship of any false gods or false religions and those things come out of various Eastern Religious practices. The sex-Ed curriculum, I want to preview any videos and materials beforehand for obvious reasons. I know it’s hard for me to speak up especially when I’m the only parent that’s appearing to do so, so I know it’s twice as hard for Noelle being the only kid in her class at times that sits out and is not participating in certain things. Making friends has been harder for her over the years other girls now are starting to get interested in social media, boys, makeup, and using profanity like their parents and Noelle has had no interest in some of those things. I personally don’t allow her to participate in social media and the drama and safety concerns that go along with that. Raising a child in this time, staying on the narrow path to the only Way to Heaven is hard and I know it will only get harder as she grows and the world continues to progress and get spiritually darker. So laying that firm foundation in the Lord Jesus Christ is so important. No matter what the rest of the world tries to throw at you and force on you as long as your foundation and the foundation you lay for your children is firm and strong it will be like a solid rock that wont be moved. ~Tina S.
Build on the Rock
46 “But why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and not do the things which I say? 47 Whoever comes to Me, and hears My sayings and does them, I will show you whom he is like: 48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. And when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently against that house, and could not shake it, for it was [a]founded on the rock. 49 But he who heard and did nothing is like a man who built a house on the earth without a foundation, against which the stream beat vehemently; and immediately it [b]fell. And the ruin of that house was great.“ Luke 6:46-49 (NKJV)
Hey Tina, what you wrote should give women who have never had children a little relief and comfort. Hopefully, they will see that they're okay, nothing is wrong with them. God made all of us at this appointed time, and He knows that we believers will make it through this evil time with or without children, though it will be easier for the women whom do not have children, they still have to watch their families and friends children grow up in this world.
